Hey Treasure. When I was reading how you describe your mental state - that state of more than extreme tiredness. Where it's like you're forcing yourself to do even the simplest things. And then you mentioned how it even cost you opportunities. It transported me back to April, when I decided to seek out therapy after "patching" it so almost a year.
I'm glad you're in a better place. And I'm rooting for you.
ps: therapy made it better for me. But it took a lot of work from my side. Still not fully recovered. So if you got tips, pls share them.
Hey Prechy, I should be asking you, as I'm barely starting. I honestly still feel a little helpless, and I would like to learn from people who know more, so if you have tips for me please give.
One thing I would say though, is that they were right about all the cliche things helping. Taking walks, going to the gym, not using your phone all the time. It has really helped me feel better. Next year I would like to start going to church more frequently too! I guess we will see how that goes.

I watched the bear earlier this year and im waiting to forget some scenes so that I can watch it anew again. I really loved it and I’m happy you’re loving it!

A great number of people can relate to this. I can too. I mean, I'm so tired. I feel like I can sleep it off, but I even find sleeping hard on some days. I really hope everyone will figure things out and handle them better. And, I'm glad you're back and in a better phase. Definitely looking forward to your next letter❤️
