I could really relate to this and it felt like it was written just for me🥺. I also struggle with consistency. If it was a course in school, I’d have failed at it😂. But now I’m trying to do better, I don’t know how, but I’m trying 😂, 1 foot in front of the other💗

I think you shouldn't rely on confidence only.
