Great timing by the way, I need to replan my approach to work this year because I already burnt myself out in the first week due to me overwhelming myself with motivation.
I’ll definitely be referencing this in my LinkedIn post today. Thank you 🥲
There were a lot of trends on bookstagram last year December to get to some certain number of books before the year 2023 runs out. I was uncomfortable about taking part in this because I just want to enjoy them, and hopefully, learn something as I go and setting a number just kind of takes that away. This piece just anchored my decision to take it slow but steady this year. It also gave me something to think about regarding focusing on systems rather than the goals. I enjoyed it so much. Thank you.
It's honestly okay if you're not a morning person, when it comes to making goals and starting your year. There's no hard or fast rule for these things. I'm glad this piece did something for you. Wishing you the best!
I use to be part of the “when I achieve this, I’ll be happy” group till I discovered that after I got those things, the happiness doesn’t come as I’ve imagined.
I’m gradually leaning from that habit. Thanks for this insightful piece as usual, and yes please make a playlist 🙏.
You are the universe speaking to me. Thank you
You're welcome <3
Such a comprehensive guide!
Almost having this thought, thank you for accomplishing my intentions
Wow, this was such a good read.

Also, yes! We need that playlist.

Thank you baby
I'm currently reading atomic habits because of your reel on Instagram and I must say I am learning a lot thanks to you.
Yay! It's a great book
